During a distance Reiki session, I’m connecting to your energy in the same way as I would if you were present and channeling the energy into your energy field. The energy works the same way as in person. There is no separation between you and I in the healing space. For most people who have distance Reiki, they feel everything as if they would in person which is usually very surprising.

60 min · USD66.0If you are passionate about healing yourself and others, Reiki is a wonderful modality to learn! In this class I will give the history of Reiki and teach how this modality works. We will do some energetic exercises and learn about all of the energy centers in our bodies. At the end of class you will be attuned to receive the Reiki energy and will receive a certificate of completion. Reiki level 1 teaches you most importantly how to give yourself Reiki every day to keep your energy centers balanced to promote well being and self healing.
