Nikki is the heart and soul behind Samādhī Wellness Yoga, a healing space in Laredo dedicated to gentle movement, mindful breathing, and soulful restoration. As a certified RYT-200 Sivananda Yoga Teacher and Access Bars Practitioner, she guides her community into deeper peace, presence, and self-connection through practices that are accessible to all ages and all bodies. At Samādhī, Nikki leads Gentle Yoga, Stretch & Restore, Somatic Breathing, Sound Healing with Tibetan bowls, and Tuning Fork Therapy, weaving each practice with intention, compassion, and authentic spiritual energy. Her teaching style emphasizes nervous-system calming, emotional release, mindful movement, and creating a safe sanctuary where students can breathe, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Nikki teaches three days a week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. — offering a bilingual experience in English and Spanish so everyone in her community can feel welcomed, supported, and included. Every class is designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit, making yoga feel approachable, warm, and deeply healing. Her mission is simple: to help others feel better, breathe better, and live with more clarity, calm, and inner light. Through her classes, energy-clearing sessions, and uplifting presence, Nikki continues to build a loving community known as the Samādhī Family — where healing, growth, and wellness come together.
