60 minDO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU ARE AN APEx SURVEYOR. <br>- If you are a practice representative who would like to schedule an interest meeting, please book the One-on-one Interest Meeting service.<br>- If you are a representative of a practice scheduling a Pre-Facility Visit teleconference, please book the Pre-facility visit Teleconference service.<br>- If you are a representative for a VA facility, please book the VA Meeting service.
60 minThe Pre-Facility Visit Teleconference is scheduled two to three weeks before the finalized facility visit date. During this teleconference, ASTRO staff will discuss the logistics (e.g. itinerary & facility visit form), & share some tips/hints for the visit. Please select a 30-minute appointment that best fits your team within the dates listed within the finalization email. Once a date and time are selected, ASTRO will send a calendar invite with a teleconference link to share with your team.<br><br>If you have a multi-facility practice (main with satellites), please book separate appointments for each per the instructions of the finalization email.
