Dr. Angelica Montalvo-Artis, OST Clinical Psychologist, and Ms. Cheryl LeBeau, OST Licensed Clinical Social Worker, aim to provide a confidential, safe and caring space, maintaining a collaborative and trusting relationship that enables development and growth with the service member.

If you have a new injury that is not already being treated, come see your OST Physical Therapist for an assessment and home exercise plan to help resolve your symptoms.
