The Flagstaff Police Department Provides Fingerprinting Services to Citizens living in the area.<br>Where<br>The fingerprinting is done at the Flagstaff Police Department 911 E Sawmill Rd<br>What do I need?<br>Bring photo identification (such as a driver’s license or passport), fingerprint card (if you are issued one) and any other materials you were instructed to bring with you, and form of payment.<br>Cost<br>The fee is $6.00 per card (cash, check, money order or credit card, except AMEX)<br>NOTE:<br>If you are submitting for a fingerprint clearance card for education and a chain of custody must be maintained, you will need to bring the payment for DPS in the form of a money order, cashier’s check or business check (refer to the instructions on the DPS application).
