Welcome to the Loyalist College Service Desk Student Technical Support Booking System!
IT Services will assist students with basic technical issues. Book an appointment and come to the Service Desk (2L20) at the scheduled time to obtain the requested IT support.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Loyalist College or IT Services will not assume responsibility for the loss of any software program or data.
2. IT Services will make every effort to maintain the integrity of data stored on equipment being supported.
3. It is your responsibility to obtain a viable backup prior to requesting support.
4. IT Services will NOT perform hardware repairs, system backups/restores or operating system installs/upgrades, but will suggest a third party if the issue is deemed beyond our scope of support.
