Please bring the following documents:<br>1. Original valid CNIC/NICOP with photocopy<br>2. Current/Expired Passport with photocopy<br>3. Residence permit with photocopy<br>4. Applicant has to come to the Embassy in person.<br>5. Return envelope with sticker in case the applicant wants to have the passport delivered to their domicile.<br>6. Important Notice: Both Parents will have to visit the consular section along with the original document for issuance of passport to their child under 18 years of age
30 minThe requirements for execution/attestation of a Power of Attorney executed by a Pakistani Citizen are as follows:<br>1. Original valid CNIC/NICOP/POC of the Executant(s)<br>2. Original valid Pakistani passport of the Executant(s)<br>3. Original Swiss Residence Permit<br>4. Physical presence of the Executant(s) at the Embassy (Mandatory)<br>5. Power of Attorney, which is to be signed in the presence of an authorized official of the Embassy.<br>6. Copy of CNIC/NICOP of the Attorney(s)<br>7. 02 passport size photograph
30 minPlease bring the original document with the stamp of the Swiss Federal Chancellery and/or apostille.<br>*If the document is issued by Pakistan authorities, then it should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or Deputy Chief of Protocol Offices (Karachi, Lahore, Peshwar, Quetta) before presenting it to the Embassy for attestation.<br>*Copy of a valid CNIC/NICOP/POC is required if the document is issued in Pakistan.
