At our pop-up clinics, a certified audiologist will take professional ear impressions, which are used to manufacture your custom Wave Plugs. The appointment itself takes around 15 minutes and is quick, safe, and comfortable. Your £20 booking deposit covers the cost of the ear impressions. Once your impressions are taken, you can order your custom Wave Plugs from our website at any time. Orders are only processed once placed. Please note: if there is a build-up of ear wax, impressions may not be possible on the day and a second appointment may be required after wax removal.
