***ARRIVING AT THE GYM***
*Prebook your training hour (10 slots available per hour)
*Please stick to your 1 hour duration. However If the gym is quite please feel free to train longer.
*Please sanitise your hands before entering the gym.
*Please follow social distancing (2m) and the one way system within the reception area and gym floor.
*Please clean every piece of equipment with the sprays provided after you use it.
*Unfortunately there are no changing facilities at the moment.
*Only bring what you need to train. Training kit, towel and water (No coats or bags on the gym floor).
