• Student Info/Address Change

  Please be sure to include your child(s)'s name(s) in the notes section. There will be a 10 minute hold-time for each information change appointment: if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment start time, you will be asked to reschedule. PLEASE BE SURE TO WEAR YOUR MASK - MASKS ARE REQUIRED UPON ENTRY OF THE BUILDING. Please also be sure to sign-in and sign-out on the designated building entrance log at the main entrance.

• Student Enrollment & Registration

  Please be sure to include which school your child is coming from and if they have been in an NPS school before in the notes section. There will be a 20 minute hold-time for each enrollment appointment: if you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your appointment start time, you will be asked to reschedule. PLEASE BE SURE TO WEAR YOUR MASK - MASKS ARE REQUIRED UPON ENTRY OF THE BUILDING. Please also be sure to sign-in and sign-out on the designated building entrance log at the main entrance.
