Following the COVID-19 government guidelines we have introduced new processes and protocols to ensure your safety and ours.

If you are unable to attend your appointment we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least one hour prior to your appointment.
Customers are asked to arrive at the store at their appointment time. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if your appointment does need to be rescheduled.

Please do not attend your appointment if you or your child/ren are suffering from any symptoms associated with COVID-19, such as a high temperature or cough, or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms.

Due to the limited area in the shop, when possible please come one adult per family.
Please bring socks for your kids and when possible wear a mask.

When in the shop we kindly ask you avoid touching the shoes and displays.
