Outdoor Bootcamp is run in Leckie Park near the Helipad Monday and Wednesdays.<br>Tuesday and Thursdays it will be run in Rotary Park behind Tourist Information. <br><br> Open to all levels of fitness.<br><br>(NOTE Saturdays it will be held outside 1786 Maintongoon Road, Maintongoon UNLESS otherwise advised. This will offer a different type of fun bootcamp including tyres, logs, ropes and more - all social distancing and equipment cleaned regularly).<br><br>If for any reason the session is cancelled we will text message only those booked into the class but will also post on our facebook page.<br><br>It will run unless it has been raining due to safety of all participants being paramount.<br><br>During Covid 19 current restrictions we can have a maximum of 10 outside.<br><br>No equipment required, bring your own water bottle, towel and sanitiser. If you are not a member you are still welcome to the class - you must pay $15 cash upon arrival (or sign up to a membership online) and fill in a ParQ if you haven't already. It is a non-contact class, designed as a barefoot class (optional) and uses special gloves to add a bit of weight to the workout. It's fun, fast paced and improves cardio fitness, core strength including balance and co-ordination. Come and have some fun !
