About Chiana Bliss Yoga

Hi, I’m Chiana. I’ve been teaching fitness classes for over a decade. I completed my 200‑hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and my 500‑hour training in 2023. All of my sessions are taught nude in a comfortable, respectful, and health‑focused environment. Practicing this way helps people move more freely, feel less self‑conscious, and connect with their bodies without the distraction of clothing. Most of what I offer is private, one‑on‑one work. It gives us space to focus on what you need, at your pace, without pressure or performance. Whether you’re curious about nude yoga, looking for a different way to support your health, or simply want a practice that feels straightforward and real, you’re welcome here. My goal is simple: to help you feel good in and about your body, and to give you a practice that supports your overall well‑being.
