Performing mobility exercises can resolve pain, prevent injury and optimize athletic performance.<br><br>The better your mobility the easier the movement will be for you, and then you can start focussing on increasing strength and improving endurance as you are in a stronger position to start off with.<br><br>With the combination of the Daily WOD’s and mobility and flexibility training we can achieve greater results, and become better all-round athletes!
45 min · 10 slotsCrossFit Kids is fun, functional fitness!<br><br>CrossFit allows children to combine fitness with fun, teaching them movements that will assist them outside of the gym – in the playground and everywhere else! It is £30 for the 6 week course (term time).

40 min · GBP30.0This is a fun free taster session with a CrossFit coach for anyone that hasn't done CrossFit before and would like to know more about it before potentially going on to do the Introduction Fundamentals sessions (which everyone completes before joining in classes). Please wear appropriate gym clothing and bring a water bottle.
60 min · 4 slotsThis is NOT coach-led, but there will be a coach present to ask questions or get feedback should you need it. Otherwise this is an opportunity to practice or catch up on a WOD you may have missed earlier on in the week.
60 min · 12 slotsThis is a coach-led session. You may want to practise something and coach can watch and help or maybe you want to catch up on a WOD you missed earlier on in the week and coach will advise you of scaling and will be advising each individual in whatever it is they're doing. Therefore, this session is still coach-led, but you may well be doing something different to your fellow athletes in the room.
