A gentle introduction to horses for our youngest riders (ages 4–7). This 30-minute private session is sized for little attention spans: meeting and petting the pony, brushing, a led ride with games and balance exercises, and lots of smiles. A parent or guardian must remain on site for the full session. Helmets provided; long pants and closed-toe shoes required.

Sessions focus on correct equitation, rhythm and balance, bending and suppling, transitions, lengthening and collection, and pole work — building the quality flatwork that great jumping rounds are built on. Suitable for riders on our lesson horses or your own horse (haul-ins welcome — $35 facility use fee and current Coggins required).

Available with our horses or your own (haul-in fee applies). No riding experience required

Lessons cover mounting, balanced position, steering, transitions, and building a confident, independent seat — the foundation for any discipline. Each lesson includes hands-on horse care: riders learn to groom and help tack up as part of the hour. Long pants and boots/closed-toe shoes with a heel required; helmets provided (or bring your own ASTM-certified helmet).
