Classes can incorporate stretching or continuous movement with limited transition time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to review equipment and sign the waivers. Please wear grip socks and athletic attire. Let's embrace the shake! *PRICING: PAYMENT MADE VIA ZELLE* $15 per single class Bring a friend to a class with you for $10! (First class only) PACKAGES: 10 Sessions - $130 ($2 savings per class) 12 Session - $145 ($3 savings per class) 16 Sessions - $160 ($5 savings per class) CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation made within 24 hours, will incur the cost of the class (if client has a package, the cancellation will occur by the deduction of a class from the package).
