About Menses In Need: A fight against period poverty

Menses in Need is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting period poverty and promoting menstrual equity in our community. We provide free access to essential menstrual products for individuals who may be struggling to afford them. Our mission is to break the stigma around menstruation and ensure that no one has to choose between basic needs and menstrual care. Through community partnerships, education, and donations, we work to create lasting change and dignity for all who menstruate. Every contribution and act of support helps us move one step closer to a world where menstrual products are a right, not a privilege.

Services Offered

• Menses Pick Up

  Individuals can visit the Menses Hub to receive free menstrual products in a safe, judgment-free space. We provide pads, tampons, liners, cups, and other essentials to anyone in need—no questions asked. Visitors can stop by during our open hours or contact us to arrange a discreet pickup. The Menses Hub is here to ensure everyone has access to the products they need with dignity and respect.

• Donation Drop Off

  Support menstrual equity by scheduling a drop-off for new, unopened period products with Menses in Need. We accept pads, tampons, liners, menstrual cups, period underwear (new only), and unscented wipes. Please make sure all items are sealed, unused, and within expiration dates. Every donation helps someone manage their period with dignity and care.
