No need to be &quot;picture ready&quot; for this meeting.<br>A 2nd meeting will take place a few days after at our office or via zoom to go over the valuation<br>and listing contracts.

  Meet with one of our professionals to go over 1) your price range based on max monthly mortgage payment and how what you can afford changes with changes in interest rates 2) things you can do if you find yourself in a multiple offer situation and decisions need to be made insanely fast - how to be prepared, 3) what the current market is doing RIGHT NOW - are prices going down or up? 4) negotiation tactics 5) we will answer all of your questions so that you can proceed with CONFIDENCE.

• PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY VALUATION (meet at your property)

  One of our professional agents will come to your property and take notes on the inside as well as the outside. Meeting usually takes only about 15 minutes. Then they will complete the professional analysis and get that to you within 48 hours. There is no fee for this service IF you list with us within 6 months. However, if you do not list, we do ask for $75 for the time we spent on the visit and the analysis.
