About Chiana Bliss Yoga

Hi, I’m Chiana. I’ve been teaching fitness classes for over a decade. I completed my 200‑hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and my 500‑hour training in 2023. All of my sessions are taught nude in a comfortable, respectful, and health‑focused environment. Practicing this way helps people move more freely, feel less self‑conscious, and connect with their bodies without the distraction of clothing. Most of what I offer is private, one‑on‑one work. It gives us space to focus on what you need, at your pace, without pressure or performance. Whether you’re curious about nude yoga, looking for a different way to support your health, or simply want a practice that feels straightforward and real, you’re welcome here. My goal is simple: to help you feel good in and about your body, and to give you a practice that supports your overall well‑being.

Let me help you get a good yoga foundation and learn to adjust poses to best fit your body.<br>We&#039;ll discuss what you&#039;d like to get out of yoga during your initial appointment, go over some common poses, and answer questions you may have. The entrance is on the left side of the building, halfway down.<br>If you prefer to pay cash cost is $20, with no need to register in advance.
