    Build your strength, mobility and balance through supported poses and Breath work. Many poses are standing so we use chairs and walls for support, as well as other aids. <br>This is a gym program. Please book through the existing online booking system. Non members $10 per class, $80 x 8 weeks. <br>BYO mat, blocks and strap. These items can be provided or if you like, are available for purchase at first class.
