My journey into yoga began through meditation at a pivotal time in my life. What started as a way to find balance through the challenges of work, study and new fatherhood quickly grew into a deep love of eastern philosophy and yoga. I trained at the Apanaveda School of Yoga here in the UK, completing my 200hr IYN-certified course, and now teach a slow and intentional style of yoga, weaving classical sequences like the sun salutation with space for stillness and awareness. My Friday lunchtime class is designed as a gentle weekly wind-down, especially for those new to yoga. It offers space to pause, soften and reconnect after the busyness of the week. Through breathwork, mindful movement and meditation, I guide students into the weekend with a sense of ease and presence.
