We offer a range of support services to help with issues such as mental and emotional health, relationships, money and benefits, family problems, bullying, housing, education and employment. We can also assist you in accessing specialist support from services if needed. It’s a chance to talk things through and work out what kind of support, if any, might be helpful for you.<br>You can use this session to talk about how you’re feeling, something that’s been difficult, or if you’re not sure what support you need. You don’t need to prepare or know what to say in advance.<br>This is a brief, focused conversation. Some people use it as a one off; others use it to explore further support.
