We will go through the common cues and myths we hear and see if they are actually valid.<br>In the second part of the workshop, we will work on drills to help you progress towards the middle splits<br>Keep in mind, that it’s not a quick fix so don’t expect to slide effortlessly into your splits if you’ve never attempted the pose before.<br>Everything takes time and consistency so there will also be a 4 weeks program that will be released after the workshop. The program is not included in the workshop but you will get a discount once it’s live!

They can be intimidating and at first glance they seem to have mainly a strength factor, but the most important part to unlock these poses is the understanding of the mechanics and skills involved.<br><br>We will start with a Vinyasa Flow to prepare the body and the mind for the poses. In the second part of the workshop, we will explore the following poses individually: crow and all its variations (side crow, flying crow, flying pigeon…), hurdler, twisted hurdler, 8 angle pose (and firefly if time allows). We will learn how to get into the poses and try several variations, so that everyone, including complete beginners, can find what works best for their body.
