Welcome! As a MEMA Member, you can reserve a private meeting room during AAPEX 2026. Meeting rooms accommodate 6–20 people and are available at three convenient locations: ● MEMA Member Center / OAC Member Center — The Venetian, Level 1, Room 101 ● AAPEX Forum – MEMA Booth — Booth #F17629 ● AAPEX Forum – Society Boardroom To reserve a room, first select your preferred location, then choose a meeting room based on the seating capacity you need. Reservations can be made for 30 minutes to 2 hours, with a maximum of 2 hours per company per day. All reservation times are listed in Pacific Time. Once you select your preferred date and time, you’ll be asked to provide some basic contact and meeting information. After you submit your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation by email and, if you provide a cell phone number, by text message.
