Book a room with MEMA at AAPEX 2026! The MEMA Member Center is powered by Pricedex Software. Meeting rooms accommodate 6–14 people and are available at two convenient locations: ● MEMA Member Center / OAC Member Center — The Venetian, Level 1, Room 101 ● AAPEX Forum – MEMA Booth — Booth #F17629 To reserve a room, first select your preferred location, then choose a meeting room based on the seating capacity you need. Reservations can be made for 30 minutes to 2 hours, with a maximum of 2 hours per company per day. All reservation times are listed in Pacific Time. Once you select your preferred date and time, you’ll be asked to provide some basic contact and meeting information. After you submit your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation by email and, if you provide a cell phone number, by text message. You’ll also receive a reminder by email and text one hour before your scheduled booking. Projectors are available on-site upon request, subject to availability.
