New Strength LLC offer personal and small group training as well as nutrition coaching for peri-to-post menopausal women. Coach Trisha coaches at her fitness studio in her finished walk out basement in Apex NC. Trisha has 18 years teaching fitness classes, has a Health Coach certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is currently finishing Precision Nutrition 1. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Trisha teaches at a few gyms in Apex as well as some 55+ communities.
Full body strength workout. This is what NASM (gold standard in certifying Personal Trainers) calls "Stabilization Endurance". It is the foundation everyone should master before heavy lifting is started. We used lighter weights with more reps. This class is set to music (to the beat) and is loads of fun. 5-6 women is what the studio will hold at this time due to equipment limitations. All bars/weighted plates/benches provided. Hydrate and eat well the day before!
