Hi, my name is Taylor! I’ve been a PT since 2019 and have developed a real passion for women’s health and fitness. My boy Bohdi was born in 2025, and since becoming a mum myself, I’ve been driven to create safe, affordable PT sessions that support mums getting back into training. Whether you’ve got a newborn, toddler, or a few little ones in tow, you’re welcome to come along and move with us. Our sessions focus on rebuilding strength, improving core and pelvic floor function, and restoring confidence in your body through safe, effective training that fits into real life. We keep things simple and realistic — no pressure, no perfection, just structured movement to help you feel stronger, more energised, and more like yourself again. Each class is designed to work with your baby, not against your schedule, creating a supportive space where you can move, connect, and prioritise your health without needing childcare. PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL: $20 CASH OR $25 TAP TO PAY/PAYID<br>Bring your bub along to a specially curated strength session aimed at gentle moving into foundational strength movements while keeping focus on pelvic floor & core strength.<br>This session is circuit based, designed to be able to jump in whenever you get here & leave whenever you like (please arrive before 9:30am to ensure you can get in a few round before stretching). There will be a recommended set of rounds, reps & sets every week.
