About Yoga Your Way

Classes at Yoga Your Way meld ancient Yogic practices like Pranayama (breath work), Asana, (movement), Bhavana (visualisation) and other meditative practices to bring balance to the body and mind. Stemming from the Krishnamacharya lineage, these teachings focus on making yoga accessible for all, bringing awareness to the breath and consideration to the function of each posture and technique. Our goal is to provide the space and tools for people to discover what works for them and learn more about how to live life with steadiness and ease.
