Book an Appointment with Anorexia & Bulimia Care Support: Welcome to the ABC Support online booking tool. Here you can book an appointment for a telephone call, Skype video call or Skype online chat with one of our team.
How it works
Our team can offer you appointments of up to 30 minutes each and you will be given a choice depending on the type of support you are looking for, the way you would like to speak with us and the availability of team members. Please remember to enter your telephone number OR Skype ID on the booking form depending on your preference.
If you have chosen a telephone call, the member of staff will call you at the booked time using the number you provide during booking.
If you have chosen a Skype video call or online chat, the member of staff will contact you using the Skype ID you provide (you'll be asked for this during the booking process) up to five minutes before the beginning of the booked time slot. Please note it is essential you provide us with your unique Skype ID (and a working email address in case of technical problems) during booking, otherwise, we may not be able to contact you!

Our team has a mix of personal and professional experience of eating disorders. We also have team members with training and qualifications in counselling and a registered nurse. You are therefore assured of accurate information and guidance.
We offer calls or chats for a maximum of 30 minutes, but our staff will be guided by what feels right for you so please don't feel you have to talk for the full time.
We may also ask your permission to email you a questionnaire/survey after your call or chat. This is entirely optional. Please note we do not and will not share your email address or use it for any other purpose without your permission. Please ask us for more details if you have any questions or concerns.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment please follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email. Please let us know with as much notice as possible if you will not be able to keep the appointment so that we can make the slot available to someone else.
