Book an Appointment with Alpine Grind Coffeehouse & Eatery: Welcome to the Grind pizza booking platform! We’ve made a few changes to the pre-ordering. First, pizza nights will now be on THURSDAY evenings only for now, from 4:00 to 7:30pm. The times listed are the PICKUP times. Pick up your pizza at the time of your last order (i.e. if there are three pizzas, pick up at the time of the last one). Also, instead of invoicing you, we will now take payment AT THE DOOR when you pick up your pizzas. Regulars will also notice that we have had to increase our prices due to a number of factors. We’re sorry for that but the costs of everything from shipping and packaging to the cheeses, meats and veggies we use have increased substantially. We still think there is very good value in what we offer and we hope you do too. We look forward to seeing you and can’t wait to get started!
We are booking pizzas in 5-minute slots. You will need to book one five-minute slot FOR EACH PIZZA you order (i.e. book one for 5pm, the next for 5:05, and the next for 5:10 if you\'re ordering three pizzas). Put pizza modifications in the Booking Notes (ie, no anchovies). If you would like an Alkeme gluten free dough ($4 extra), put that in the booking notes as well (limited amounts available). We cannot guarantee that the gluten free pizzas won’t be contaminated by wheat, so please don’t order one if there’s a chance it could make you ill. Pizzas book up fast, so don’t delay if you have your heart set! :)
Pizzas for Thursday, January 27 are Margherita (fresh basil and fresh mozzarella on homemade tomato sauce) $14, Roasted Potato (with fresh rosemary, onion, garlic, Pecorino Romano cheese, olive oil and balsamic) $16, Portobello Mushroom (with provolone, garlic, red onions and balsamic) $16, and Veneto Salami (with roasted red peppers, garlic, red onion and tomato sauce) $17. All pizzas are topped with a dusting of grana padano cheese. Thank you for your support!
