Open Slots

In Picktime, the open slots feature allows you to set a fixed number of students who can join each session. Once all spots are booked, no additional bookings are allowed, and students will see a “full” message on the booking screen.

When you create a class or group event, simply set the maximum capacity, the total number of students allowed for that session, and you are good to go. Every new booking fills one available slot, and Picktime automatically updates the count of remaining spots.

As soon as all slots are booked, the appointment scheduling software marks the class as full. Nobody can make any bookings unless someone cancels or you manually increase the capacity.
