How to Integrate Salesforce with Picktime?

  • Step 1: Open the Integrations tab in your Picktime navigation menu and select Salesforce under CRM integrations.
  • Step 2: Click the Connect button to begin the setup. In the pop-up window, log in with your Salesforce username and password.
  • Step 3: Click Allow to give Picktime access permissions.

Note:

Make sure each client profile includes a first name, last name, and email for successful contact syncing. If any of these details are missing, the contact may not be able to appear in Salesforce.
